Reporting for the shell-and-core stage.
Our as-built SBEM report covered the shell-and-core stage of the project. Defining that scope makes clear which building information and services are represented in the report, particularly where the final occupier’s fit-out is a separate stage.
Air test target achieved
Testing on 10 September 2026 recorded air permeability of 1.99 m³/(h·m²) at 50 Pa, against the project’s design target of 8.00.
B-rated commercial EPC
The EPC issued on 11 September 2026 recorded a B rating with a score of 32.
These are the recorded results for this project. The assessment scope and targets for another building will depend on its own design and use.
