Barlings KWA is a family business based in Lincolnshire, helping homeowners, builders, developers and architects with building energy assessments and compliance. We bring over 30 years of building-industry experience to practical advice from design through to completion.

William Simpson’s Elmhurst accreditations
William’s Elmhurst registration record confirms the following scheme memberships, checked on 2 October 2026:
- 2D Psi Value Modeller — supporting thermal-bridging calculations.
- Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, Levels 3, 4 and 5 — registered for England and Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- New Build Non-Domestic Energy Assessor and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor — registered for Scotland.
- On Construction Energy Assessor — registered for England and Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
- Overheating Assessor.

Air pressure testing accreditation

Kerry Simpson’s qualification
Kerry is an On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA), supporting SAP assessments and energy performance certification for new dwellings.
